This product came to me as a sample with an order. I do not need it for any pain. I gave it to a friend and they are now on the second sample. It worked amazing for the pain(overworked shoulder). So here I am today ordering the full size. I do order a few products from this company and everything has been amazing quality.

This product helped *tremendously* in my recovery from a bad ligament tear in my ankle, both in terms of swelling/inflammation reduction and pain relief. Now I always have a jar in my house and another in my backpack, regularly give jars to family and friends who injure themselves or have achy joints, and tell everybody I know who injures a joint (I have a lot of active friends, so this is all too often) to get a jar. This stuff is magic!

Relief for tired knees

I normally exercise 4-5 times a week, and in recent months my knees have started to feel achy and loose after my workouts. The GOOD Body Arnica & Comfrey Joint and Pain salve has been working wonders for me. I highly recommend this salve for anyone who needs relief for tired knees and other joints. I have been able to keep my workout routine going thanks to the healing help from this GOOD salve.
